I cannot count how many things I had to change in settings to get the browser to just work right, I mean I appreciate them locking everything down to the nth degree but… damn. Finally switched to waterfox, the out of the box experience is a lot friendlier.

Gimp 3 is actually a massive improvement and they are releasing updates on a routine basis now. Try Photogimp if you like a more standard interface and layout

People cant assess themselves for sleep issues, you are asleep, you cant tell whats happening. If you have central apnea you might be ‘waking’ 30 or 60 times per hour and never have a clue its happening. But the side effect is you never get to the recuperative level of sleep the body needs.
people should be aware there are 2 kinds of sleep apnea and sometimes you can have both of them, like me I have both and its referred to as ‘complex apnea’.
