No way, they actually gave me a free Steam key for buying the DRM free version!? And here I was debating with my wallet whether the convenience of Steam was worth buying the game again…

definitely worth picking up if you’re fine with whatever the price is (i assume it’s pretty cheap). it’s a great game for people like me who need to do something mouse-only while they smoke a joint. many hours of “aww what the hell” but in a good way.

edit - “what the golf?” is another one like that

One Finger Death Punch is another great mouse game. It uses only two buttons, which can be the ones on your mouse, to play.

On my SteamDeck I mapped the controls so I just have to touch the two touchpads.

Huh! I thought it was deliberately available only on their website. Although maybe they figured they got most of the sales they were going to get that way.

The game was under exclusivity contract for Epic Games, but they were still allowed to sell copies of the game on their own website. Now that the contract is up, the game can be sold on Steam. Granting players who bought the game from the website free Steam keys is a nice touch.
