And don’t forget about Wayward Realms, the indie spiritual successor to Daggerfall. If they can successfully pull off their ambitious vision, it could be one of the greatest RPGs of all time.

2·1 month agoI get banned by bots on Reddit all the time for stupid reasons. When I appeal, if I’m lucky enough to contact a human moderator, they just tell me to “follow the bot’s instructions.” But the bot’s instructions usually involve deleting the completely harmless or well-meaning comment I made. Fuck that.
Just google the name of the game with “ROM”. You may get lucky and find it quick, or you may have to dig around for a while. Remember always to use a VPN when doing so.
You have to find game ROMs.
What are some alternatives?
Yeah, development has been rough. But I’m still cautiously optimistic. They expect to release early access later this year, so we’ll see.
