2·3 months agoThe 10 in each of these is a filler. When starting radio communication you need to hold the button down for a second before talking if you want them to hear the beginning of your message. Having the 10 in the beginning allows you to say something that can easily be removed from the message, but the core of what you are saying still goes through.
Jimmy Eat World should be part of the conversation due to their acronym.

Correct, but to be fair they did say “to operate” which should be taken as transmitting.
