The UN is a toothless poodle. The current Israeli-Palestinian conflict has been the first time in my life that I’ve seen the USA actually tell Israel to maybe kinda not be so aggressive. A quick internet search also showed that USA, France and UK vetoed a resolution that denounced the USA invasion of Panama in 1989

Firstly, you lumped anti-imperialist—and until recently imperialized—Russia and China in with the imperialist USA. The Chinese went through a century of humiliation under British colonialism, and the Russian people went through a cold war followed by neocolonial “shock therapy” from the US.
