              …what? No, U.S.A is not under U.S.A. sanctions. Crimea and the rest of the occupied territories are.

        Why? Can starlink not track which ones they give to Ukraine and not let any others work in the area? Or would that require competence that Leon Skum and company doesn’t have?

          You’re asking the wrong person. I don’t work for U.S. goverment - I don’t know why the sanctions are what they are.
