Recently we had the big announcement of Europa Universalis V from Paradox Interactive / Paradox Tinto. Now we know it will only officially support Windows.
Obnoxious launchers - which paradox are bad for - can also fuck with proton. They can be worked around though whereas the rootkit anti-cheat is a complete blocker.
Proton doesn’t need to be allowed. It will be fine, unless they decide to put some terrible anti-cheat.
