X has finally formally announced X Pro, two days after TweetDeck users started noticing the new branding and paywall.

Shouldn’t this be illegal? Implementing a sudden paywall on a previously free feature without prior warning. LMAO

  It’s not illegal if it’s part of their Terms of Service, which we all agreed to.
