Apple held talks with DuckDuckGo to replace Alphabet's Google as the default search engine for the private mode on Apple's Safari browser, the Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the discussions.

    I started using duck duck go a few months ago and have felt like my search results are a lot more useful since.

    The maps function on it sucks though

      DDG uses Apple Maps.

      The maps it used were a lot worse, so this is a recent improvement
