Edge, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi and a long etc are all Chromium based. There is also Safari, but Safari does not support WebExtensions in the first place so it does not apply here.

Then the only browser left is Firefox. Edge, Opera, Brave, Vivaldi and a long etc are all Chromium based.
