    Arizona tea came out in 1992 and sold for 99¢ per can. Today that would be $2.32, which means these cans cost around ⅔ as much as they did when they came out.

      99¢ is still MSRP. Though they did change the size of the can a bit so they could use less aluminum without affecting its structural integrity.

      In fairness, we’ve ensured wages don’t keep up with inflation either, so it balances out… it’s just probably gradually decreasing in quality over time
