This is important in the future for me. Right now, I have a few forums which have a Spanish and Russian category and another site for my forum but in French.
Have you considered having a forum that has a “Request a language” section?

You’d need a language everyone recognizes no matter what their primary language is, and one that anyone could get a translation for should they run it through any given translation app…

Serve your users. What languages do they speak / understand? Cater for those languages first.
Languages is about power politics first, then ease.
Ask yourself, what will this language be associated with today and in the future?
