don’t worry in the next election Texans will vote for all GOP except like 1 dem. They absolutely will be expecting broad sweeping changes and if that dem doesn’t deliver its right back to the GOP because they are good for the economy.

I think the Cadillac is doing a good job with their new EV design. They do a good job of making it look like a Cadillac but better.

Naw one pedal drive is this neat EV feature you can drive with where if you take your foot off the accelerator the car starts to full regentl brake until it stops. Once you use it in a city you realize how much easier a car is to operate when you dont need to swap between pedals a ton. Its also nice because when you do need an aggressive brake, the time moving from pedals has already initiated a deceleration leading to a faster slow down.

Did VW ever implement one pedal drive? Total non starter for me a few years ago (got a volvo instead).

They also perform better in the cold making them a better choice for EVs in cold regions. This is why I think CATL saw the videos of cars getting killed by cold and pulled the trigger on retooling even with the lithium price crash.
