It’s not a major issue. I’ve had my Deck ever since original LCD launch, and absolutely love it. But playing on something like the Legion Go S is noticeably more comfortable.

Overall, it’s probably not about hand size, but grip and preference. There are many people with small and weak hands who say the Steam Deck is perfect for them. And there are also people with big, strong hands who say that it’s a little too big or heavy.

As an American I can truthfully say we are too far insulated from the atrocities our gov commits and we condone or at least ignore them.

If Ukraine is gonna spend equipment it gets from the EU on killing innocent people and escalating the conflict, the EU really should reevaluate its support to Ukraine.

Again - just because another country invades you and commits war crimes, does not mean you get to commit war crimes against it and its allies. A war crime is a war crime.

Would anyone be okay with Iran slaughtering American civilians, just because the US slaughtered Iranian civilians? Or even further, would anyone be okay with Iran targeting British civilians, because the UK assists the US in military operations?

Tesla sales have been falling pretty badly in China for a few years now, ever since Chinese companies improved their cars. However, it looks like it had a good couple months at the beginning of 2026. I’d still expect Tesla China to go out of business in a few years.

I’m pretty sure there are even more Teslas in Bolt than in Uber. In my country most Tesla taxis are actually Bolts. Bolt in general seems to have more expensive cars than Uber, from what I’ve seen.

A lot of drivers had the idea of taking a loan for a Tesla, then paying it from driving for Uber/Bolt. Not sure how it’s going for the Uber ones with Uber’s declining driver rates.

Still doesn’t help with the fact that not a single person outside the US will buy a Tesla or a Ford.

If it’s just the text, then personally I don’t mind. A lot of great programmers and engineers aren’t linguists in the slightest, and so their writing is rarely a pleasant read. The leaders of the companies are not stupid. If they started seeing a net loss from their sales strategy, they’d change strategies.

Unless money is not the goal. Not the sole goal at least. As you said, they’re not stupid. It’s entirely within reason to assume they may be aiming for more than just money.

Frankly, I despise all launchers, Steam included. The only reason it gets a pass is because it’s one of the two somewhat reasonable ones, and the only one that makes gaming on Linux simple and convenient.

It’s still slow, ugly as hell, and entirely unnecessary. Makes me want to pirate more, but then I’d have to set the games up from scratch.

The only use case for launchers is console gaming. It makes perfect sense on a Deck, Switch or a PS5. But absolutely no sense whatsoever on a desktop PC.

Again - Steam has features that make it tolerable (achievements, screenshot sharing, workshop, etc.), but I’d still prefer to just play my games without anything in the middle.
