• create a new email
• Clear your browser cache (all of it)
• get a VPN, turn it on
• sign up with a new account with the new email

They don’t perma ban IPs because IP addresses change, they do it for a few weeks at a time so you only need to keep this up for a couple weeks before you can just use it like normal.
