Really can’t relate, I only use 7z and compress to .zip it’s literally the most common format and I never use zip files for anything other then sending files.

Honestly I don’t even know what the real difference between the compression formats are, even as a sorta Linux using geek

Sticking to FOSS and decentralized apps as much as possible. And using less invasive apps like Firefox over chrome. Be willing to jump shit when corporate throws in bullshit if you have to use something closed.

You make a good point actually, I don’t typically consume NSFW so I am not too welled versed in it but it appears that the problem are models who “pass” as younger I guess? I mean I can see the slippery slope and how that might be hypocritical to the initial I stated. My opinion on that is its a slippery slope but ultimately consensual so it doesn’t bother me.

The initial point was more on the idea of lgbtq+ rights (or anyone’s rights) shouldn’t even be a political topic to begin with, as human rights shouldn’t a nuanced problem. Everyone should have a right to live how they please as long as they hurt nobody else. It shouldn’t be a question, as truthfully anyone’s existence alone shouldn’t hurt anyone else, and if it does then it sounds like the person being hurt is the actual problem.

By that logic, why is it a problem if consenting adults express themselves sexually in non-traditional ways?

In what context are we talking and how are we presenting?

I see plenty of cis women wanting to go to the beach nearly full cheeks out but that’s considered fine? I can show my bare chest since I am not fem passing, but after a hrt will it suddenly not be fine? Our standards for whats ok and whats not are very iffy at best.

The overlap between kink and lgbtq+ I don’t see as an issue. As long as consenting adults are the ones involved and we keep minors out of it I am 100% for it.

That’s the beauty of the fediverse. If you disagree with your instance you can so easily pack up and move to another. Or self host.

I get so confused by this cause, it’s been know from the start that shit causes cancer. Like we have known this for decades. Why tf are we know like hey this is bad. It’s always been bad.

Coffee is a prime example of too much of a good thing might not be good anymore.

Cheap air fryers suck but a good quality one is super versatile. Fries up chicken well and you can make so much other stuff. Just avoid the really cheap brands

Wireless mice are such a weird one to me. Like your mouse will never move more then a foot away from it’s normal spot so why do you need wireless?

No I mean it’s actually not possible to do some of the stuff I needed for school. The only way to access financial aid is joining a queue from online. While at the the office. Nobody is in it to ask.

Similarly I couldn’t access my accounts on campus since I did not have the app that’s on my phone.

Kid who doesn’t remember a time without a phone, using a “dumb” phone is impossible despite a want for it. So many things are qr based or require a phone at my college. I learned this the hard way when my phone broke and I didn’t replace it for 2 weeks. Couldn’t even access my accounts cause of 2fa.

I would love to use a “dumb” phone for text only but the most random shit will require a “smart” feature.
