Listening and not talking in one on ones and I’m transparent about what is being managed down to me.
In my job I have worked with equipment that can use your heat to see through your house and use your windows and a laser to hear inside your home. So someone may be warching.
We tried but it causes alien’s to come down and pick up their stones and lady friend.

This is a good answer I will say I wish people that ask simple questions would just ask for a one on one chat. Since its not really about the questions getting answered. Its about getting confidence and a connection with the community. I help out on the Debian IRC and 80% of the tine. They are just excited about joining the community and want a little moral support when they make the jump.
The sad thing is companies get away with this now by interfacing with 3rd party algorithmic pricing intelligence companies. It’s a way of laundering collusion behind a machine.
