“immutability” doesnt really make sense it the context of the container. like, if you want to change the image, just make a new one with whatever changes you want and boot that.

in my opinion, it doesn’t make sense to change the whole base OS image just to install some random package or program. keep that in the user writable domain, or userspace. not in the base OS image.

that exit node will essentially need to work as a router, connected to both the tailnet and whatever other VPN peer you are working with. you could also use something like a gluetun container as I think it works with a wide variety of popular VPN providers.

I’m pretty sure the newer nvidia driver dropped support for the 1050. but I’m not sure which driver version was the last to support the 1050. whichever it is though, you will probably need to get that one.

Boards of Canada was another one I’d always listen too if I was on something. very different music style for AC though.
