totally, have Jellyfin as well actually but tbh it doesn’t always feel super stable, especially if I leave my home network.
Not sure what Kodi is exactly though.

Can I use Kodi the same way I use plex? Like can it be my replexment?
I just want to watch content on my home network 99% of the time, and occasionally use it on my phone/tablet/laptop while traveling (if I have good internet)?
I was always under the impression Kodi was something else…

sooooo Jellyfin time?

I feel like I had to have heard of this device before, but that article was a fascinating read - thank you!
I think people still think of China as a second tier sometimes, but from what I have seen their technology is likely at least equal to ours, and I would imagine the West and China both surpass each other in different technological categories.

Right? I was like “Faith in the FBI? Someone didn’t watch the Mens Hockey gold medal match…”

I feel like it is entirely plausible to miss something when scanning, I believe it is extremely plausible to miss something when scanning an entire jet aircraft, regardless of the skills of the personnel involved.

But keeping a jet aircraft from another nation is totally ok… got it :)

Right? I was gonna say, there is no way he isn’t keeping is 44k gold plated listening device.

It has the number 1 qualification for being a C-suite employee - no soul!

I don’t know the math or the physics, purely speculation and good faith discussion (sorry if I offended anyone by being tepidly in favor of this option lol).
I don’t disagree with your premise that it will be quite the feat, but I doubt they would be broadcasting the headline unless they thought they had a way to make the math, math.

Honestly not sure about the math, I was just speculating for the sake of discussion, and a belief that this is slightly less harmful to human life than terrestrial solutions.

Don’t they put plutonium reactors in space? Have to be able to cool those somehow? Or maybe they are not difficult to cool… I know I have seen pretty massive heat fin stacks on satellites.
Honestly if they are hyper focused on putting data centers SOMEWHERE this seems like a less bad option… Maybe I’m missing the bigger picture somehow.

wait how do we know these accounts are bots?
I left because I felt like everyone I talked to was just trying to create anger engagement, or was just using Reddit as a source to vent their rage virtually, anything I said I would get bombarded by putrid hateful responses, so I’m here now and people are pretty darn nice, even if we don’t always agree.

I think it is AI, who stands like that with all their faces magically in focus, and in view?
Also, the building looks a lot like the Zuckbook building… But it taint at least according to my hunts

this is very helpful info, thank you, didn’t realize this was possible.

I don’t think so… yet… So not as disconcerting tbf, but curious to if it will come out of nowhere at some point, just like this.

I thought my win 11 came bundled with it, although I could be wrong.
As far as difficulty to uninstall and remove thats an android situation, but I feel like that could be the next OS to get this treatment (speculation).

I think the outrage is due to the fact that it is standard on a ton of devices, and not easily uninstalled or removed.
Might by my build out, definitely have it on a pretty antiquated set up.
