No, the first one was the Monster Universe in the 1930s that linked Dracula, Frankenstein, Wolfman etc.

Ironically WB has been trying to recreate that with the so called Dark Universe, but the first two entries were such shit the whole thing was DOA.

Not completely original, but it is the definitive example in modern of a shared universe in modern culture.
