The issue here is that the technology itself, instruction, and implementation was incredibly poor this century. Schools weren’t doing basic things like typing classes for primary school, there was no instruction on how to program or use the operating systems, and kids weren’t given PCs; they were given tablets and chrome books which favored internet access based learning platforms over products stored locally on machines.
I grew up during the 1980s, and my primary schools had 1 apple pc in the classroom. We took turns learning typing. We learned how to operate the machines by inserting floppies and typing commands. Things we were given access to were all instructional. I have vivid memories of learning math via computer with a program called number muncher.
Access to the tech was limited and supervised. This is what created an environment that taught me how to use computers as I transitioned to secondary education. This century, all of the implemented controls were related to limiting access to pornography rather than teaching students anything about the actual tech. Now we have a generation of people entering the workforce that don’t know how to use PCs just like the boomer demographic.

Thanks for the peer reviewed journal!

This is hysterical. Like the cheaters couldn’t even be bothered to proof read what the AI wrote to make sure it was correct.

They are clearly from the hidden leaf village, probably a member of the Uchiha clan considering their propensity for fire (smoke) based jutsu.
I’ve made it a point to avoid games that require the used of a 3rd party launcher.

Oh no, those poor thieves.

My g/f is more or less just a collector. She has binders and binders of cards she collected over 30 years before the scalpers turned the TCG into a commodity. She got so fed up with the scalpers and inflated prices that she started an LLC so she can get wholesale product. She has to compete with big box stores for product, which means she gets way less wholesale than big established stores. She probably sells 75% of the wholesale product/unopened packs and keeps 25% for herself. She charges reasonable prices. She’s making like $2 an hour profit running her LLC after accounting for packaging, shipping, and purchasing new inventory. Even though she can’t get as much product as she wants, she’s always sold out because she isn’t charging scalper prices. She gets cards/packs for herself at reasonable prices, and her small customer base doesn’t have to pay scalper prices.

Codeine can still make people sleepy and sluggish. It’s still an opioid that can lead to dependence and withdrawal. It still has negative GI side effects causing constipation. It’s not a good idea for driving while under the influence. If this can help people in pain without side effect that can cause impairment, why not. Getting high off of cannabis can still be allowed.

Purchase car abroad then have it imported. How feasible would something like that be?

I’m surrounded by this shit, and it seems to come from all generations. My boss, who is my age, called me because her computer was frozen and she wanted me to fix it. “I was like, turn it off and on again, this is the first, most basic rule of troubleshooting.” Meanwhile the boomer next to me is having me do shit like attach files to a fucking email.

I just got a letter regarding my FED tax return. They won’t send me a paper check due to an executive order signed by orange hitler. I absolutely do not want the federal government to have access to my bank data considering all the other rights violated along with the constitution. I now have to open a new checking account with $50 so I can get my shitty $50 refund without trump having access to my main account. (What’s to keep them from labeling me a terrorist and freezing my accounts? Gonna make that shit as hard as possible.)

Based on his comment history, it sounds like he’s in rural USA, maybe TX or Colorado.

Love how Gustafsson is focused on the money of old gamers.
I’m 47. I would be the prime target for this sort of campaign. Except a I’ve been boycotting shitty companies for so long any nostalgia I might have felt at the thought buying consoles, or a game published by EA, Activision, or Blizzard has been dead for more than a decade.
The enshitification of triple AAA titles by MBAs has driven me away from the space. Keep fucking slapping surcharges on EVERYTHING; day one dlc, microtransactions, always online DRM, the ability to revoke access to the games we paid for, because we never really owned it.
I will continue to ignore your shitty products and purchase small indie titles on PC that take risks and innovate. Withholding my money and refusing to purchase your shit will provide publishers with a sense of pride and accomplishment for retaining their customer base.

Sweet. Time to stop giving a shit about work, and just shit at work. (Prepositions are amazing!)

CHOO CHOO! CHUGGA CHUGGA CHOO CHOO!
Nah, exams in proctored classroom with bluebooks. That’s the way to go.
